2025 Spring Skills Sessions

Get ready to sharpen your fundamentals and boost your basketball IQ with our Spring Skills program!

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your game, these sessions will focus on ball handling, passing, shooting, defense, and footwork—all in a fun and supportive environment!

Session Dates: April 28, May 5, 12, 26, June 2, 9

📍Location: Assumption College, 257 Shellard Lane

Time Slots & Age Groups:

6:00-7:00 PM – Ages 5-8 (Max 30 spots)

7:00-8:00 PM – Ages 9-12 (Max 30 spots)

8:00-9:00 PM – REP Grades 5-7 (Max – 24 spots)

Cost: $80 for all 6 sessions

This is a great opportunity for young athletes to build confidence, improve skills, and learn how to train independently!

A huge thank you to all the teams that participated in our tournament last weekend! The energy, sportsmanship, and competition were incredible, and we had a fantastic turnout at all gyms. It was amazing to see such dedication and passion for the game!

As we near the end of another exciting season of House League Basketball, we want to express our gratitude to all the players, coaches, and families who have made this season memorable.

Welcome Back, Players!

We are excited to kick off another amazing CYO girl’s basketball season! Our house league is back, and we can’t wait to see all the hard work and dedication you bring to the court this year.

To get things started, we have something special lined up – our 2-week skills development session led by our incredible guest coach, Coach Mihai, Head Coach of the Mohawk Women’s Basketball Team.

Coach Mihai brings a wealth of experience and energy, and these sessions are designed to help every player sharpen their fundamentals, learn new techniques, and have fun while doing it!

We’re thrilled to have everyone back in the gym and look forward to an exciting start to the season!
