2025/2026 Season

This is the electronic registration form to enroll one to three family members in the 2025/2026 Brantford CYO Girls Basketball program. The cost for one player for the season is $175. The cost for two family members is $335 and the cost for three family members is $435. 

Please complete the form below by filling out all of the required fields. At the end of this form you must check the CONSENT box to indicate that you have read our terms and conditions and that you agree to them. You must complete all of the mandatory fields as well as the CONSENT section before you can move forward with this process.

Payment must be made prior to participation in the program.
